Institutional Access and Innovation Ecosystem Coverage
Cubo Itaú and the Brazilian Startup Landscape
Project Overview
JK Bridge Global maintains active engagement with innovation ecosystems and institutional players across different markets. As part of this initiative, we visited Cubo Itaú, one of Latin America’s most influential innovation hubs, supported by Itaú Unibanco, the largest bank in the region. Cubo Itaú plays a central role in accelerating startups, connecting corporations, innovators, and investors within the Brazilian market.
During this engagement, My Social Spark conducted interviews with professionals connected to the ecosystem, exploring topics related to innovation, market access, and expansion strategies for startups operating or intending to operate in Brazil.
Challenge
For startups outside Brazil, understanding and navigating the local innovation ecosystem can be complex, especially given the scale, regulatory environment, and institutional dynamics of the market. Access to credible institutions, accurate information, and reliable local insights often becomes a barrier for international founders considering expansion.
The challenge was to produce content that reflects real institutional access, conveys trust, and delivers informed perspectives on how startups can engage with Brazil’s innovation landscape, particularly through programs such as soft landing services offered by established ecosystem players.
Strategy
JK Bridge Global approached this project with a focus on credibility, context, and clarity. Rather than presenting surface-level coverage, the strategy centered on exploring how innovation hubs like Cubo Itaú operate within the broader Brazilian ecosystem and how their initiatives support startups at different stages of growth.
By addressing themes such as soft landing services for international startups, corporate-startup collaboration, and ecosystem integration, the content was designed to deliver practical insights while demonstrating JK Bridge Global ’s familiarity with local structures and institutional relationships.
Execution
The JK Bridge Global team conducted on-site visits and interviews at Cubo Itaú, capturing high-quality video and editorial content aligned with professional production standards. Interviews were carefully planned to ensure relevance, depth, and coherence, while the visual production emphasized clarity, credibility, and editorial consistency.
Content development included interview conduction, filming, editing, and narrative structuring to ensure that both form and substance reflected the level of the institutions and professionals involved.
Outcomes and Ongoing Impact
The resulting content reinforced JK Bridge Global ’s position as a knowledgeable and well-connected partner within the Brazilian innovation ecosystem. It demonstrated our ability to access respected institutions, conduct informed interviews, and translate complex ecosystem dynamics into structured and accessible narratives.
For international startups, the project serves as a reference point that illustrates how JK Bridge Global can support understanding, positioning, and entry into the Brazilian market through trusted local connections.
Why This Case Matters
This case highlights JK Bridge Global ’s credibility in navigating the Brazilian innovation ecosystem and building relationships with institutions under the umbrella of major financial groups. It also demonstrates our ability to deliver professional interview formats, high-quality video production, and editorial content grounded in real ecosystem knowledge.
For startups considering expansion into Brazil, this case reflects JK Bridge Global ’s role as a strategic partner capable of bridging markets, cultures, and innovation environments with clarity and confidence.
